ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINE

• We only ship within the Indian subcontinent as long as your pin code is serviceable by any of our logistics partners.
• We aim to dispatch an order within 2 to 3 Business Days from order placement.
• Order processing is suspended on Sundays, public holidays, and during geographical or political disturbances.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require additional confirmation via WhatsApp from the provided contact number.
• The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact information.

SHIPPING CHARGES & THRESHOLDS

• Free Shipping: All orders exceeding Rs. 1,499.00 are eligible for free shipping.

• COD Convenience Fee: For orders utilizing the Cash on Delivery payment method, an additional convenience fee of Rs. 100.00 will be applied.

• COD Order Limit: Cash on Delivery payment option is available for orders valued up to Rs. 19,999.00.

• Orders Under Rs. 1,499.00: Orders below Rs. 1,499.00 will incur additional shipping charges according to the delivery partner’s terms.

• Express Shipping: Available for pre-paid orders valued at Rs. 5,000.00 or more.

1. Standard Shipping

The delivery timeframe for this shipping option ranges from 5 to 7 business days, contingent upon the destination. Typically, orders in this mode are dispatched using road transportation for efficient and reliable delivery.

2. Express Shipping (Rush)

Exclusively available for selected cities, the delivery timeframe for this expedited option is within 3 business days, contingent upon the destination. Orders in this mode are swiftly dispatched utilizing a hybrid of Road and Air modes for maximum efficiency and promptness in delivery.

Terms and Conditions (Express Shipping):

• Express shipping offers guaranteed 72 Business Hours delivery for most growing cities.

• Express Shipping is a paid service, charged at Rs. 250 to Rs. 500 per shipment in your order.

• In the event of delayed delivery beyond the specified timeline, only the shipping charges will be refunded. This does not apply to delays due to factors beyond our control (natural calamities, regional disturbances, buyer unavailability, regional/national holidays, etc.).

• If the order is undeliverable and returned due to buyer unavailability, a refund will be processed for the product amount only.

• Cash on Delivery is not available for Express Shipping.
